Shipping

Shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the continental 48 states, with a signature requirement. Buyer pays shipping. We prefer UPS, however we can accomodate special requests. Buyer assumes responsibility once we send the tracking number, if anything happens in transit to the instrument it is the buyer's responsibility to hold UPS/USPS/FedEx accountable, all instruments will be insured for their full value so this should be as simple as submitting a claim.

In-Store Returns

All Sales are FINAL; however returns/exchanges may be processed on a case by case basis within 10 days of purchase. The product must be in original condition and possess ALL original packaging. Exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that open boxes of reeds, mouthpieces, custom or special order items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Online Returns
